We constantly enhance our infrastructure to ensureĀ quality service and customer satisfactionWe were the first KenolKobil subsidiary set up in June 2000. We have since grown, mostly through acquisitions of additional petroleum handling and marketing infrastructure including service stations and depots, to become market leaders in the country. Just recently, we acquired all the assets of Phoenix Petroleum Uganda Limited including a high volume fuels depot in Jinja town and prime Service Stations in Kampala. To entrench ourselves in the Ugandan downstream petroleum market even further, we are constantly enhancing our infrastructure including maintaining our Service Stations to ensure that quality service and customer satisfaction is guaranteed at all times.
Following the discovery of substantial crude oil deposits in the country, we are positioning ourselves to take advantage of the business opportunities provided by the breakthrough once mining commences. In this respect, we have intensified our efforts to acquire more oil marketing infrastructure.
In addition to growing our foot prints in Uganda, we are also restructuring our Service Stations to include facilities for non-fuel businesses such as fast food restaurants, banks and supermarkets. We partner with leading companies who use our Service Station facilities to offer these services to the public.
