We organize regular and targeted internal and external trainings for our staff

We value our human resources. They are the drivers of our growth and therefore we have put in place measures to ensure that we attract and retain the best talent. We organize regular and targeted internal and external trainings four staff across all cadres.

 

In the recent past, we have conducted training to build the capacity of our staff in effective selling skills, customer care and debt collection as well as in first aid skills. In addition, our staffs have been trained in LPG product knowledge, handling & safety management, VAT administration & audit, and supervisory training for supervisors. Some of our staffs have also been privileged to undergo product knowledge training in Israel which is organised by the KenolKobil Group management.
