The Board of Directors of Kenya Oil Company Limited (Kenol) are pleased to announce the approval by its Shareholders, the acquisition of Kobil Petroleum Limited by Kenol, during an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on the 19th day of December, 2007. This follows earlier approvals by the Finance Minister and by the Capital Markets Authority of this acquisition. |
